From conception, through design and generation of fabrication documents, to fabrication, and construction management, we provide a fully integrated process, design, and product.
DSi Structures, LLC offers our customers the entire structural package, inclusive of the load-bearing cold-formed steel system, structural steel, decking, joist and other components and assemblies as required to build your structure. We do this through our in-house estimating, project management and construction management team, combined with our authorized fabricator network. If you desire, we even offer erection through our authorized fabricator network, furthering the "total package" approach. All of these services are fully integrated as a system by our engineering and shop drawings team DSI Engineering.
DSi Engineering, LLC offers professional registered structural engineering services in the entire continental United States, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Although this far-reaching presence is indeed an asset, what really sets our company apart is the high quality level of service to which we are committed. At DSi, we don’t just provide engineering, we constantly strive to set the industry standard in service and the production of the most thoroughly detailed and well conceived documents available. Our staff has extensive experience in all common forms of engineering and construction, with a particularly vast amount of experience in tilt-up concrete and multi-story load-bearing metal stud buildings. In fact, over the course of the last twenty years, the staff of DSI has probably designed more load-bearing metal stud buildings than nearly any company in the world, as we were literally one of the developers of this now popular form of construction.
The experience of the staff of DSi-Engineering in tilt-up construction also spans over twenty years, including hundreds of projects, many of which are truly innovative in design and use of unique techniques, as validated by our numerous awards. This extensive knowledge in both tilt-up and CFS framing has been disseminated to allow us to offer our clients and the construction industry some of the most comprehensive tilt-up and CFS training available. Our educational system combines a computer presentation and personal instruction, offering wide-ranging information that is specifically designed to be easily separated into a series of modules. This modularization allows us to customize training for each company, depending on who the attendees will be and what level of experience they possess. DSi Digital, LLC By teaming the resources of the engineering division with our advanced development division, DSi-Digital is able to develop some of the most advanced engineering, detailing and modeling software available. As certified Microsoft® and AutoDesk® developers, with staff who are educated and experienced in structural engineering, civil engineering, computer science, physics and applied mathematics, we are uniquely qualified to produce construction, engineering, and modeling software that is truly in-touch with our industry.
