Training and Consultation: We work hand-in-hand with our clients to understand their processes and goals. Then we draw on our vast experience to help our clients build the most efficient and successful company possible. Polite, Can-do attitude: The staff of DSi have been carefully selected and trained based on both their expertise and their attitude. We insist that our staff have a positive, can-do attitude with our clients. This is why you will hear us say, "we'll be happy to," when most companies would be coming up with excuses on why they can't do what you are asking for.
Seek to understand before seeking to be understood: How many times have you tried to explain something only to find yourself on the defensive from an attack of words and excuses from the very people that could most easily help you? That won’t happen at DSi, as we train our staff to be careful to listen and understand, before trying to be understood.
